The first step we take with all new members is scheduling an Intro Consultation at AirSpace, this consultation is absolutely free, there are no strings attached and no obligations.
What to expect:

✅ A conversation centered around you and your health.
✅ Answers to any questions you have about our studio or training in general.
✅ Discuss our starter offers or memberships.
✅ Get all setup if you choose to start.
The first step we take is learning about you, what do you want to get out of your exercise? Do you have a specific goal you're working towards? A particular skill? Or are you just trying to create some healthy habits around exercise you love?
Once we know what you're aiming for, we'll ask about what you've done - do you have an background in sports/training - or is this your first time? Have you lifted weights before? Yoga? Pilates? Are you self taught, or did you have a personal trainer/coach?
What about currently? how often are you exercising and what are you doing? How long have you been doing it for? Do you love it but want to add something on? Or are you bored and need to shake things up?
What's your schedule like? are you a morning/evening person? Do you have any injuries or limitations that you're worried will get in the way of you succeeding?
After gathering this info, we'll put together a plan specific to you, and if you like it - great! But if we haven't got it quite right, we can continue to customise it until it feels right to you. This is how we ensure each client has the best chance of success possible.
Once we've decided on your plan, all we need to do is put it into action - and that's where the real fun begins :)
